Honesty over revenue.

If Salesforce isn't the right tool, we'll say so — even if it costs us the project. Most of our long-term clients started with a "no" and a better recommendation.

Seniors only.

No shell game where the pitch team is senior and the delivery team is bodies. The people you meet are the people who do the work.

Build it like it has to last.

Solutions that don't fall over the first time Salesforce pushes a release. No clever hacks, no undocumented triggers. Proper coverage, proper handoff.

Ship, don't drag.

Scope stays tight, decisions happen fast, projects end when they said they'd end. If you've been through a three-month engagement that slid to eighteen, you know why.

Jakub leads the life sciences practice — AI-first Agentforce solutions for pharma and med-tech clients, going live across Commercial, Compliance, and Medical.

His work spans AI-driven call planning, automated MLR review, and intelligent content discovery for medical affairs — all inside Salesforce's Trust Layer, with the audit trails and EU AI Act alignment life sciences demands. 15+ years of digital transformation in healthcare and pharma, with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault Architect, and SAP CX certifications alongside deep Salesforce credentials.

Jan Müller

Salesforce Architect · Team Lead

Solution architecture across global Service Cloud rollouts and bespoke Lightning components.

Jan joined on day one — October 2017 — and leads the Salesforce team today, overseeing solution architecture, delivery, and client onboarding.

His hands-on experience spans the full range of what the team ships: global Service Cloud rollouts across sixty countries, custom Lightning components for some of the world's largest orgs. He shapes the technical direction of major projects — bridging business and execution so what gets built actually works for the people using it.

Keeps the practice resourced, aligned, and senior — by design.

Pavel oversees delivery across Brighten Evo, with deep experience in global program management for enterprise implementations — particularly in life sciences and public sector.

He keeps the practice resourced and strategically aligned while protecting its identity as a senior, delivery-first team.

2017

First Salesforce hires.

The team that would later become Brighten Evo starts taking on Salesforce delivery within the wider group.

2020

Brighten Evo launches.

The Salesforce practice spun out as its own entity. Focus: mid-market and enterprise delivery across Central Europe.

2021–2023

Enterprise breakthroughs.

Multi-year engagements in pharma, medical technology, and banking. Delivery team grows. First reusable components spin out.

2024

Component library goes public.

The LWCs we'd been building internally for years get packaged up and made available to every client as a baseline.

2026 →

Data Cloud & Agentforce.

Expanding into Data Cloud implementations and Agentforce, while keeping the same small-team, senior-only approach.

Governance

Part of the Brighten Group.

The Salesforce practice within the Brighten Group — an independent technology consultancy in Prague. The group provides governance and adjacent expertise when projects need it. Everything Salesforce stays with us.
